HOW TO CLEAN YOUR MAKEUP BRUSHES | 7 SIMPLE STEPS
Cleaning all of your makeup brushes can seem like a chore, and can also take a very long time if you have quite a few. I used to just use my hands and it would take me forever. So when I discovered the Sigma Spa Express Brush Cleaner I knew I had to have it! The cleaning glove is a compact and easy to use brush cleaner with 7-patented textured features (dual-sided) for both eye and face brushes. I chose the glove instead of the mat as its travel friendly as fits so well into a small space in your luggage. The glove provides you with a quick and easy solution to brush cleaning, and fits universally with a strap for your wrist and thumb to secure it when deep cleaning your brushes. To find out more about how it works then continue reading.
These quick and simple steps apply for any type of brush.
Place the strap around the thumb and wrist for a secure fit – at first this feels super weird but you’ll get used to it after a minute or so. Then simply wet your brushes all the way through.
Add a small amount of cleaning solution and water to the ‘Wash’ buy ventolin inhaler albuterol section and swirl the brush to begin the deep cleaning process. I use Johnson’s Baby Shampoo; it works extremely well and makes your brushes smell gorgeous afterwards!
Run your brush under running warm water and sweep back and forth on the ‘Rinse’ section to remove makeup residue and soap
Swirl brush on the ‘Refine’ section for an added deep clean
Again, place brush under running water and sweep back and forth on the ‘Rinse’ section
This step is only necessary if your makeup brush is being stubborn and has a little residue left over, which never usually tends to happen. Just simply repeat the process for a deeper clean
Repeat the rinsing process to remove the excess residue and soap. Gently squeeze the brush head to remove any excess water.
And, done! It’s really so simple and fast to do. I’ve cleaned all of my brushes many times with the Sigma Spa Glove and it has worked wonders every time. I ordered mine from Beauty Chamber for less than £20, and it’s also across many sites in the US. Click hereto get yours.
