Christmas has come early now that The Body Shop festive ranges have arrived! Would it be Christmas without getting these? I think not. All of the scents this year are really quite amazing, and my favourite has to be the Vanilla Chai as vanilla is my favourite scent from The Body Shop*. Let me tell you all about it.
Now that the cold weather has hit us in full swing, I am one of those to indulge in warm baths – a great excuse for some relaxation and ‘me’ time. The Vanilla Chai scent is new this year and I’m so thrilled to try it. I was very intrigued to try this because of the added ingredient of chai. As expected, this mixture definitely adds some warmth and spice to the smell, which I love for this time of year. It is very strong, so if you’re not into that then maybe the other sets would be for you, however I love this as the scent literally fills the entire bathroom and leaves your skin smelling and feeling gorgeous.
For in the bath we have the Shower Gel and Exfoliating Sugar Body Scrub. The Shower Gel is of course obvious to what it does, but it very moisturising and hydrating, as well as my go to for a pamper night. The scrub has to be my favourite, it’s texture is quite fine but is great for exfoliating all skin types. I use this a few times a week on my drier areas and once over my entire body, and you can use this in the shower and the bath. It helps isotretinoin online uk remove your dead skin to leave you feeling smoother, softer and more scented than ever – I love it!
For an extra little indulgence and also the cutest little bath product known to man, is the new Bath Fizzers. I mean, look how adorable it is! This bath fizzer is more for the scent than the look as it doesn’t change the colour but fills the bath with a beautiful aroma. It also works it way as softening your skin whilst you soak in the bath.
After shower care is very important, and a lot of us can skip this step especially when we’re feeling lazy. However, I’ve been using these three more often than I’ve ever and now finally remembered to use moisturisers after every shower/bath. The Body Butter and Body Lotion are essentially for the same thing, however the butter is thicker in texture and to me it hydrates and smooth’s the skin a lot more than the lotion, but takes a bit longer to soak in and dry. So if you’re all about quick and easy products, the lotion would be your holy grail. And guys, we must never forget to take care of our hands, especially now its chillier outside. My hands can become quite dry, so I’ve been taking the Hand Cream everywhere with me, it will be my saviour this Winter.
This range, as well as the other festive ranges is now available on The Body Shop site as well as in store. Also, these products make amazing Christmas presents and stocking fillers.
