When a much loved but hard to get beauty brand of yours comes to the UK, it kind of feels like a blessing in disguise right? There’s nothing worse than lusting over makeup online that costs a bomb to ship – plus all the customs fees, and all the rest of it. So, when it can land on your doorstep within just a few days and not have to pay the excessive fees, it’s kinda great isn’t it.

A dream has come true for me when I heard IT Cosmetics* now have a UK site. The brand has been available in-store at Selfridges for a little while, but I’ve got to be honest and say I find it easier to makeup shop online. Not having to hand over your card and just do it from your phone is much easier than it should be, but it just feels so right. Just me? I hope not. I hear all those nods and yeses from all you fellow beauty addicts.

After visiting New York earlier this year, I was gutted that I couldn’t purchase its products as easy at home. But, now that they have their own UK site, I will no longer have this problem (my bank account may be sad but I’m certainly not).

Let me introduce you to some new in bits to my beauty collection.

*Spoiler alert* – I may have found some new faves.

Since trying out my new samples I’ve found a new favourite from the brand (I told you so), the Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumising Mascara. I won’t lie, at first the formula looked like it would be a little too wet. But after applying two to three coats, it dries down to give you full and lengthy lashes. Its brush provides you with separated lashes, and the formula is buildable depending on how much volume and length you desire.

Another newbie I hadn’t heard of before is their Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil. I have to admit, I do love a pencil so I had to love this to want to continue to use it. Unlike others I use, this has a wider tip, which I thought could be a problem to get precise brows but I was wrong. To get precision, use the sharper edge of its tip and then the wider top to fill in the rest of the brow. The thickness actually makes filling in brows a heck of a lot quicker so great to use if you’re in a rush or going for a minimal look. I wouldn’t say I’d use this to get fuller brows as such, its better for natural brows.

As I haven’t been wearing foundation, concealer has been my go to. I struggle with dark under eyes so I do like to cover those up, and I like my concealer to be lightweight and creamy so it’s invisible to the eye. IT Cosmetics have now introduced me to their best-selling Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer and it’s everything I need. As the concealer claims to be ‘full coverage’, you’d expect it to be either cakey or quite heavy and it’s neither of those. It’s creamy enough to blend away to near enough invisible, whilst also covering your dark circles at the same time. You need to teeniest tiniest amount I’ve ever seen to. This is now a must have in my makeup bag as I find it great for covering blemishes to.

I’ve been meaning to try the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream for a long time now, so I was so happy to be able to try this to. As I mentioned, I haven’t worn foundation for a very long time, so a CC cream is something I’ve wanted to try as a lighter weight and ‘lesser cake’ alternative. A full review will be coming soon but I have to say now, I am extremely happy with its results. I’ve not tried a CC cream before and I don’t think I’ll be going back to foundation anytime soon. Hydrated and flawless skin, hello.

I feel IT Cosmetics are a brand you can go minimal or to town with. All the products I’ve tried earlier this year and recently are all buildable to your own desire, so I find them weaving there way into most of my makeup looks.

ITcosmetics.co.uk are offering 10% as well as free deluxe samples with purchase, so whatcha waiting for? Go get em.

Testing out new beauty brands and products isn’t the easiest thing to do when you’ve have to splash the cash and sometimes it’s a risk I hate to take. It’s quite often I’ll go into a store, pick up a few new products I like the look of and after 5 minutes of thinking about them I put them back.

A year or so ago I used to have no worries buying new makeup all the time until I realised it was really draining my bank account and I decided that I didn’t need new makeup every week. I bet some of you have felt the same in the past. It’s quite often I’d even not get round to using all the new products I’ve bought. It was a whole waste of money. Now, with beauty box subscriptions on the rise you don’t have to have that worry.

I find beauty boxes a great way to discover many new brands at once, and with boxes like Latest In Beauty, you even get to choose the products you want to try. This one is my first ever Latest In Beauty box, so not only will I cover everything I chose and why, I’ll tell you exactly what I think to the service!

I’ve had a bit of an issue with some beauty boxes in the past where I wasn’t satisfied with certain products in the box each month. Some were products I’d never even think to use and some just didn’t work for me, but with this I knew I’d be satisfied as I got to chose the goodies.

I started off my search on their website with products that had the best reviews and also brands I’ve always wanted to try. This included Philosophy, Oskia, Mitchell and Peach and Omorovicza.

I’m not going to lie, it took me a good old while choosing the products as there were so many good ones to choose from. I whittled it down after half hour (maybe a hour of browsing, oops) and here is what I went for:

Carmex Peach & Mango Moisturising Lip Balm

Philosophy Amazing Grace Shower Gel

Philosophy Purity 3-in-1 Cleanser for the Face and Eyes

Mitchell and Peach Fine Radiance Face Oil

Omorovicza Rejuvenating Night Cream

Bio Cellulose Facial Mask Treatment

Oskia Renaissance Mask

MUA Twelfth Night Palette

A few ‘me time’ treats

Kneipp Back Comfort Herbal Bath Oil

OPI Nail Varnish Mini in Love Applause

Philosophy Amazing Grace Scent

I definitely fell head over heels after researching into Philosophy, as you can tell I picked a lot of products from their range. My most favourite product from them has to be the Amazing Grace Shower Gel, not only does it smell incredible it leaves your skin lingering with the scent for ages. I do love a good indulgent shower gel.

The Carmex Lip Balm smells so good you could eat it and the OPI Nail Varnish was a product I used as soon as getting it out of the box – cute colour right?

For those pamper nights we all adore, I highly recommend the Kneipp Back Comfort Oil to put into a warm bath followed my the Bio Cellulose sheet mask to soak up all your worries. Kneipp is a brand I hadn’t heard of at all before and now I’ve been introduced to this product I don’t think I’ll be going back. I sometimes suffer with an aching back and this seems to sort me out after every time I use it!

Also, an eye shadow palette in a beauty box? How darn generous! This MUA Twelfth Night Palette is certainly one I’ll be using throughout the fall. The metallic shades are actually so much creamier and pigmented than I expected. Again, a brand I’ve used bits of but never a shadow palette. I just love being introduced to new beauty bits.

Out of the 11 products I got to choose 9. The Philosophy Fragrance and Purity 3-in-1 Cleanser was very kindly sent complimentary and added such a nice touch when I opened and saw what was inside. They also included a post card with ‘Beauty Is My Duty’ on the front, one I’ll definitely be using in my pictures!

Take a look at the Latest In Beauty box deals they offer here. There’s a few deals to choose from depending how many new products you’d love to try – no fixed price is a great way for you to either get a taste of their service or the full shabang!

This box deal with 9 products inside costs £18.00 per month, with free delivery.

Honestly, I think this box could become a new obsession!

What brands would you love to try?

Today’s post is something a little bit different. Beauty related, but something I don’t really talk about much.

In this day and age, there are a lot of confidence concerns and problems that arise from being online. Girls especially look up to people on the Internet, people they may not know and aspire to appear like them. I used to be one of those girls but with the help of people around me I grew some confidence that I never thought I had in me.

When I was younger I used to hate many things about myself. But with time, I realised that it is normal and all a part of growing up. Since hitting my early 20’s I’ve learned to love those things I used to hate about myself and embrace them. After all, I’ve always been reminded of the phrase “imperfections are beauty” by my family, and now I finally believe it to be true. Now, I’d never dream of permanently changing anything about myself. I won’t lie, I used to think about it a lot growing up and I was always told by my parents that I’d be silly for doing so. A few years on and I am so happy I listened to them.

Personally, I’d never get surgical procedures done when I don’t need to. It can be hard to love bits about yourself that you previously hated, but once you get past caring you just don’t think about it anymore.

One thing I’ve always been iffy about is my lips. This hate got even harder with the age of social media and seeing girls with the most gorgeous plump lips all across my social platforms. Social media isn’t only to blame for that though, magazines were a big part of the comparison trap young people get into.

Then, one day it hit me that I’ve got what I’ve got and that’s it. I’m not going to change them and instead learn to love them. Makeup tricks and at home lip plumpers used to always be something I’d never think to try, especially with all those ‘gone wrong’ videos online. But I’ve tried something new and it’s changed my mind about the whole thing.

To be completely truthful, I was kindly gifted the PMD Kiss* to try for myself. I didn’t really believe much in these things but I thought why not just give it a go and see what all the fuss is about. Honestly, I wasn’t very hopeful for it at all. I never thought it would be a thing I’d actually love and I’d certainly never review a product if it didn’t work and if I did, it would be recommending for you not to try it. However, I’m actually so happy buy online accutane with the results. The device provides a safe, gentle lip suction device that naturally enhances the lips for a plumper pout.

As much as I love big lips, I would hate to have them myself. They just wouldn’t suit my face and I’d look completely stupid. So when something came into my life that could give my lips just a little juice, I am all for it.

Thankfully, this little device doesn’t give you those humungous lips that some surgeries can offer. Instead it enhances what you already have to make them look fuller, juicer and all around makes them feel even more gorgeous when I apply makeup. This doesn’t exactly make my lips extremely plump, thats not what this is about. It’s to emphasise them a little and it does indeed make them feel and look fuller in my eyes.

This isn’t a device that gives you permanent results, it lasts for a good few hours, sometimes longer depending how you use it.

These are the steps I took to get these results:

  1. Cleaned and dried my lips before applying the Kiss Smart Lip Plumping Serum
  2. Switched on the Kiss device and place firmly onto the lip – in each corner and the middle for 10-15 times each section (six sections all together, you can hear the pulses whilst it works its magic)
  3. Repeat on each section till each section is finished. It takes no longer than 2-3 minutes!

Quite frankly, I’m not looking to look like Kylie Jenner. I just like to have the option there for a bit more fullness when I want it. I will only continue to use this for those days I feel I need a little oomph or nights out. It’s not something I’d use all the time as really, who can be bothered with that? I’m happy with my natural lips but there’s no harm in enhancing them a little when I feel like it.

After with gloss:

I learned to like my lips even before this gadget, a feature I never thought I’d get on with. But since this, it have given me a little bit more confidence. It’s so nice to have found a temporary solution as I will certainly never go permanent. My motto is – we are who we are and honestly, self-love is too important to dismiss.

The Kiss PMD is available to purchase in the UK here.

What are your thoughts on self-love?

I think its safe to say that the British summer is failing quite miserably this year isn’t it? We had a few very hot days and not much else since, apart from grey cloud, some rain and miserable ol’ wind. I must admit, I am quite the sun worshipper so when the sun disappears I get very sad and don’t want to face the colder weather. Trust me when I say if I could live in a hot climate all year round, I really would.

This year in particular I just seem to crave sun and the glow that comes with it all the time. As the British sun is hiding away, I’ve been having to make and fake that sun kissed glow myself and I’ve managed to pull through so far with a little help from some Too Faced goodies.

Too Faced really are a saving grace when it comes to feel good makeup. Many of my daily makeup picks are from Too Faced and I have indeed made a few new favourites over the past month or so. When the summer hit, (well, those very few days we did get treated to) I knew it wasn’t going to last forever, so I’ve added these products into my routine so I never have to let go of that summer makeup feel.

Admittedly, I am a bit of a bronzer fiend. I love tanned skin all throughout the year and the Too Faced Endless Summer 16 Hour Bronzer really ticks all of the boxes for my sun kissed cravings. This has the perfect warm bronze hue to it that I love to wear all over the face, sometimes even on my chest, which really makes you feel like you’ve been away somewhere hot. Its pigment is quite perfect and I like to apply it with a large fluffy brush to make it appear more natural, like I have a bronzed buy priligy generic flush. I’m also a huge fan of the Chocolate Soleil Bronzer when I like to add a bit of contour as that has slightly greyer undertones. The 16 Hour Long-Wear is a lot warmer toned, which gives me that glow that I crave.

Adding to the ‘not willing to let go of summer’ theme, one I’ve been obsessed with is the Waterproof Better Sex Mascara. I am a huge fan of the original Better Than Sex, so I was very intrigued by what this version could offer. To be quite honest, I don’t usually get on with waterproof mascaras as they can be so difficult to remove, but this one has worked a dream. It performs in the same way the original does (which is bloody brilliant in my books), in that it gives long fluffy full natural lashes AND its super easy to remove. The only difference is, the waterproof version obviously doesn’t budge when your lashes get wet (very suitable to this wet weather we’re having here in the UK). See what I mean? I just need products to let this summer even feel present!

For the summer, there’s nothing I love more than a juicy glossy lip and for that I’ve been using their Sweet Peach Creamy Lip Gloss Oil in Papa Don’t Peach. This is a medium copper toned peach gloss. If you love brown lips then I highly recommend this to you. These lip-gloss oils are so comfortable to wear, highly pigmented and incredibly long lasting. I love that these feel hydrating instead of sticky and irritating, especially for when the wind gets up!

Guys and girls, I’m really not willing to let go of summer, are you?!

Hello lovelies and welcome back to a new post. Gosh it feels so weird having a little break from it all but it was much needed. After I came back from holiday I started job hunting and trying to get back on track, and with daily blogging straight for over 6 and a half months, I think I just needed a little time away. It’s helped me find my motivation and mojo again, so it was all worth it.

I’m back with a new travel/fashion post. Whilst I was away and during the past weeks off, I’ve thought a lot about switching up my content more and sharing more about me and what I love as well as beauty. Fashion and travel are becoming huge passions of mine to and I have so many ideas it’s quite motivating. Changing up my content is something I’ve been thinking about for a while and I hope you enjoy it. Now, let’s get into it.

A few weeks back I embarked on my first ever trip to the Caribbean. It’s a destination I always thought I was far off from being able to travel to, but when we found the perfect trip to the Dominican Republic it just had to be ours. We stayed at Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana, a 5-star luxury resort that was far away from everything, which in my opinion is pure paradise. When I travel I like to get lost in myself and relax, explore and soak it all up. Since finishing University in May I’ve needed an escape from it all and this was my treat for surviving the past 3 years and coming out with a degree!

Our hotel was located right on a private beach, so to my liking much of the trip was spent relaxing by the ocean or the pool.

However, as I said I do love to explore. For a day trip we decided to head out and visit Samana, a mountainous buy cheap ventolin online terrain located on the northeastern Atlantic coast of the island. In this part of the island, we spent the morning travelling to Samana on a Catamaran, visiting a local plantation farm and trekking through the jungle on horseback to a beautiful waterfall – all of which I’ll be writing a separate post on as it was an experience I HAVE to share in great detail. It was just insane. I never thought i’d horseback in the Caribbean let alone through a jungle?!

From there on we headed to Bacardi Island, also known as Cayo Levantado, a teeny tiny remote island with stunning turquoise waters and white sand beaches. When we hopped off the Catamaran and stepped foot on the island I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. The island was so quiet and unpopulated it really was true paradise. After dipping into the blue waters and soaking up the sun we decided to fly the drone and take a look at the surroundings, which by the way totally blew my mind. Once the drone had flown up just a few seconds the entire island was in shot, putting into perspective how remote it really is.

I could honestly live on a remote island like Cayo Levantado as I was seriously in my element and didn’t want to leave. Fresh coconuts and constant sunshine? Yes please. Living in swimwear wouldn’t be too bad either, better than having to wear jumpers and sweats throughout our British summer ay?

This bikini I managed to get my hands on was a lifesaver for this trip. Not only was it a complete bargain, it felt so luxurious and complimenting. I’ve never felt so comfortable in swimwear as I have with this. You can find it (and similar pieces) below.

Want to see and hear more about my tropical vacation? Stay tuned!

What is paradise to you?

Summer makeup for me really is all about that glow, that dewy sunkissed skin. To be honest though, I love a glow all year round, but summer time is when I feel I can go all out with the highlight products. The glowy (verging on oily) look can be blamed on the sunshine and the heat, right?

This year I have being seeing a lot of peachy vibes in the makeup scene. The peachy glow is a big hit for many and it certainly is for me. I’ve been using a lot of peach toned blushers, shadows and lip products but please welcome my new peachy glow obsession *mic drop*. It’s the Kiko Milano Highlighting Drops* from their Summer 2.0 in Plushy Rose, a stunning peachy pink liquid glow. I do love a good multi-tasking, and this is one of them. You can use this alone on the usual high points of the face (the cheekbones, cupids bow, nose, forehead) or mix it in with your primer or even your foundation.

Typically, glow drops are a golden/bronze shade so seeing them in such a pretty peach shade really got me excited. I may have let out a little squeal…

The formula of this is like none I’ve used before, as it’s a very fine fluid and is quite runny, but blends out with not much effort at all. Don’t let the fine liquid formula put you off, as you only need the tiniest amount of this and you’ll be super glowy. It blends great with the fingers or a sponge on its own, but if mixed in with another product I always use a sponge for a streak-free flawless base. You only need one to two drops of this with a foundation or primer, and the pipet applicator lets you accurately dispense the product without getting it everywhere.

You may already know this about me, but I’m all for glossy lips at the minute to. I need all the glow I can get in the warmer weather, I’m serious. The Summer 2.0 collection boasts a range of summer themed lip products, ones that can make your sun kissed look appear really glowy. I’ve been testing out the PH Lip Enhancer* in Rossetto to see what it can do for my small not-so-plump lips. All I can say is I needed this in my life a long doxycycline buy online time ago. I don’t usually like lipstick like balms but this is beautifully formulated. I use this alone as a balm or even over top a lip liner. It hydrates your lips whilst adding a slight tint and makes them feel and appear so juicy. It even makes my lips look plumper and that’s hard to come by. A serious must-have for holidays!

Now, here comes the most effortless highlighting range I’ve come across. I’m usually one for all the glow, but one those minimal makeup days I’ve finally found a highlighter I can use without it looking false. The Kiko Tropic Heat Dewy Stick* is the answer to a wet-look natural looking glow that I’ve been on the hunt for for a long time. As soon as I used this I feel in love. It almost feels and looks like a lip balm, but it’s a creamy clear dew stick for the face.

You can also use the Dewy Stick as a base for powder highlighters to make them pop and adhere better to the face.

I’m not usually one for a liquid glow pot, I don’t know why but they don’t sit right on my skin. However, I can seem to make the Kiko Illuminante Viso Face Highlighter* work. Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful formula, it reminds me a little of the Topshop Glow Pots but is more lightweight. This is a similar formula to the Highlighting Drops as its quite runny but this is a little less fluid. Again, you can blend this with your fingers or a sponge. This is in the shade 01, a very pale pearl highlight, which is a little light for my skin but I’ve used this as a base for my highlight. I would love to try this in a darker shade as I usually go for bronze toned highlighters as I have a slight warm yellow undertone.

The Kiko Milano summer beauty products are seriously giving me sun kissed glowy skin vibes – I’m in awe of it! If you desire a true summer glow, you may want a little look at the other bits in the range to. You can shop it here.

What kind of glow do you love?

Megan ?

Know Cosmetics covers professional fixes that we all envy, from brows to lips. I’d heard of this brand when browsing Sephora, but now there is no worry for us UK residents as the range has released in Superdrug. The range consists of five products, of which I’ve been testing two and I wanted to share with you my first impressions.

For all of us that have eyebrows as a top priority in the makeup department, I’ve got something you’ll really love. No Bare Brows is a best-selling product from Know Cosmetics, as it’s a brow pencil for everyone. It’s a universal 4-in-1 shaping kit that transforms all eyebrows. The product is a universal brow colour at one end and a wax tamer at the other, and it also comes with a sharpener and brush attachment so that it’s easy to take on the go with you. I know it sounds a bit strange, a universal brow colour but I totally got it once I used it. It’s a buildable colour that is a light brown to start with, and I can build it up for my dark brown brows. One thing I would say is that it wouldn’t be the best for black brows, as it doesn’t build that dark. However, it is great from generic accutane online fair to dark brown shades. The wax works really well, you can go extreme or light with this depending on how much hold you desire.

As a female with fairly small lips myself, their product No Thin Lips kind of screams my name. I don’t mind my lips at all, but sometimes having a bit more plumpness is what I look for. This product is a natural lip plumping tool for beautifully full lips. It’s a smooth and colourless gloss that works on bare lips to volumise and plump. I’ve tried a couple of products similar before and haven’t seen much of a result, but I did see this worked. It was only very slightly; as of course the guidelines say its natural, which looked really nice. After applying you get a strange tingling sensation that lasts for just a couple of minutes. The product is formulated with Aloe Oil and Vitamin E so you can apply as often as you desire. First impressions, I really love this and have continued using it. I usually only use it for glam moments as I don’t feel the need for it everyday.

If you fancy trying the range its available in Superdrug for the UK and Sephora in the US.

Have you tried any new brands lately?

Megan ?

There’s not really a better time to share some gorgeous lip products with you than Valentines, because who doesn’t want a luscious pout on this day? In a relationship or not, these lip picks are perfect for this occasion. I’ve got a whole load for you, so grab a cuppa and a biscuit.

My favourite lip of them all has to be a nude. I feel most confident in it, and for Valentines dates it’s so wearable if you’re going for drinks or food… or who knows, smooching? My top picks are all drugstore with that quality feel and are as good as high end products I use. First up is NYX’s Soft Matte Lip Cream in Abu Dhabi, a beautiful soft true brown nude. These soft matte lip creams are super soft and never leave that drying matte finish. They are a little slow with pigmentation but I love to add a liner underneath for a fuller effect lip look, I usually use MAC in Nice’n’Spicy. For a true matte finish and super full on pigmentation is their Lip Lingerie in Bedtime Flirt, how Valentines appropriate is the name. It’s a soft pink nude that is really flattering on the lips and will last you throughout the entire night without having to touch up. Last up in the nudes category is the Rimmel The Only 1 Matte Lipstick in Trendsetter, my favourite shade out of their latest range. The lipstick itself is highly pigmented and long lasting, it just needs a liner to go with it because of its rounded tip. This shade is the perfect nude brown.

To add some ‘girliness’ to a look, you can’t go wrong with a pink lipstick. My favourite right now and perfectly suited to the theme is Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution in Pillow Talk, this is a new and exclusive shade to the range and it’s to die for. This shade is a pink nude, but a lot more on the pink side than say Bedtime Flirt by NYX. It’s a warm shade that adds that perfect pop of dusky pink to any look. For a darker more mauve pink we have MAC Brave, this is an old favourite of mine and always makes a come back this time of year. It has a matte-satin finish and isn’t drying at all.

You can’t have Valentines without some reds can you? amoxil us I’ve got the perfect bunch of shades for you, all of which I find super pretty and flattering. Another NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream is being mentioned because I just love the formula, its Monte Carlo, a gorgeous deep true red. This shade is the most wearable out of them all, as its daytime appropriate and really comfortable. For a brighter red I go for Kylie’s Lip Kit in Mary Jo K. This kit is a true matte finish, but as I’ve said before I love the formula. You need one swipe of the product for intense pigmentation and they don’t flake or crumble. If you want to go deeper and more daring then I love ColourPop’s Ultra Matte in LAX. This shade is a deep brown red, again with a matte finish; this would look stunning with a simple eye look for a date.

For those who love berry lips, I have some goodies in store. In this catergory my favourite is a muted but bright pop of berry pink, which is ColourPop’s Ultra Matte in Teeny Tiny. This is more of a brown shade of pink; a little lighter than the rest but it has berry tones and is so pretty. Another Ultra Matte in this category is Thursday. This is a raspberry pink shade, one that is really flattering on many skin tones. I find this shade really unique and I don’t have any in my collection like it. A deeper shade of berry has to be Kylie’s Lip Kit in Spice; this is my go to for a darker pink lip. It has a slight deep purple twist to it that is so gorgeous with minimal makeup.

To add a bit of flirtacious shine and to also add some plumpness to any lip colour it has to be Nars Lipgloss in Gold Digger. I have this in a mini size and I wear this a lot. You can pop this over the top of any lip colour to give a golden glow effect. To add some red sparkle on top of those flirty red lips I use Jouer Cosmetics Lipstick in Cranberry, this can be used on its own and it has great stand alone pigmentation, but I love this on top of any shade of red for a metallic finish.

What shade will you be going for on the 14th?

Megan ??

Ever since the first time I tried a NYX lipstick I fell head over heels. I remember back to my first ever one which was a Soft Matte Lip Cream in London, and it is still a favourite now and I have two backups. For a drugstore lipstick line there are so many shades and finishes to choose from. Want to delve into my NYX lipstick wardrobe?

As it was my first NYX love and is still a current go to in my entire collection, I must start with their range of Soft Matte Lip Creams. This range is perfect for everyday use, from its shade range to formula. These particular lip products from NYX aren’t the most pigmented, usually when it comes to the nudes, but they do give good colour payoff after two swipes. The darker shades always give instant colour payoff however. The formula is just so buttery and soft, like no other matte lip product I’ve used before. They last around 4-6 hours without touch up, which I find amazing for the price and I didn’t expect it to last so long when I first tried them. My favourite shades from my collection are London, Abu Dhabi, Morocco, Monte Carlo and Copenhagen.

Above Shades L-R:

Istanbul – a light soft pink

London – a true brown nude

Abu Dhabi – a nude beige with rosy undertones

Cannes – a muted mauve

Above Shades L-R:

Manila – a pink coral

Morocco – a bright red orange

Amsterdam – a bright red

Above Shades L-R:

Monte Carlo – a true red

Madrid – a cranberry red

Copenhagen – a deep wine

For a pigmented but velvety finish lip I love the Suede’s. I only had one of these in my collection cheap doxycycline tablets until I rediscovered it and rekindled my love for it. My first shade was Soft Spoken, which is a really pretty nude for everyday wear and a good dupe for Kat Von D’s Lolita. The formula is even softer than the Soft Matte’s but a little more fluid, and the finish is stunning. Since rediscovering my love for them I picked up the shades Vintage and Cherry Skies, and the rest of the range includes more daring shades like green and deep purples that I’d love to be able to pull off. This is a great range for those who love a daring lip colour.

Above Shades L-R:

Soft Spoken – a warm toned nude

Vintage – a deep brown/wine

Cherry Skies – a deep rude

My favourite formula from NYX lip products has to go to the Lip Lingerie collection. I do love a good matte liquid lipstick, and for the price these are incredible. The formula can be a little drying, but I always make sure to apply a lip balm before applying. Although they can be drying, they last for a good 8 hours and never seem to crack on me. What I do find is the middle wearing off a while after I’ve been eating or drinking, but that’s only normal for every other liquid lipstick I’ve tried. I really need to add more shades to my stash!

Above Shades L-R:

Bedtime Flirt – a pretty soft pink/nude

Ruffle Trim – a cinnamon pink

Have you tried any NYX lip products? Which are your favourite?
